See ServicesWe take care of every aspect of the garment production process. Full garment production is a complex and dynamic process that requires using critical skills, technology, and a lot of experience. In general, there are three different phases following many different steps, in order to complete this process.
The design process involves creating a visual concept for the garment. Our team of designers use hand sketches or computer-aided design software to create a concept that takes into account the target customer, the intended use of the garment, and current fashion trends.
Once the design is finalized, a pattern maker will create a paper or digital pattern for the garment. The pattern maker will consider the garment's size and shape, the fabric type that will be used, and the sewing techniques that will be required.
In this phase, the materials required for the garment, such as fabric, buttons, zippers, and thread, are sourced and purchased. The sourcing team will consider the quality, cost, and availability of the materials.
A prototype or sample garment is created to test the design and ensure that it meets the required specifications. This sample is used for fitting, testing, and making any necessary adjustments before beginning production.
Once the sample garment is approved, the pattern is graded to create different sizes of the garment. Grading involves adjusting the pattern to ensure that it fits properly in each size.
In this stage, the fabric is laid out on a cutting table and cut into the pattern pieces required for the garment. The cutting process is usually done using a cutting machine or by hand.
The cut fabric pieces are then assembled into the finished garment. This stage involves sewing, stitching, and other tasks required to create the garment. The sewing process can be done by hand or using sewing machines.
Once the garment is assembled, any excess fabric or loose threads are trimmed away, and the final finishing touches are added, such as buttons or zippers. This stage involves pressing, steaming, and folding the garment to ensure it looks neat and professional.
In this phase, the final product is inspected to ensure that it meets the required quality standards. Any defects or issues are addressed before the product is shipped to retailers or customers.
The final product is packaged and prepared for shipping to retailers or customers. Packaging can include folding the garment, adding tags and labels, and placing it in a protective bag or box.
The finished products are shipped to retailers or customers. The shipping process can involve coordinating with logistics companies to ensure timely delivery and tracking the shipment to ensure it arrives at the correct destination.

Depending on our production capacity and the product compatibility with our machinery, we may delegate the orders to trustworthy subcontractors who can satisfy the specific demands of each production order, such as the fabric type, the style, the quantity and the deadline. Further, we handle the warehouse operations and choose the materials according to a bill of material (BOM) that we later deliver to the subcontractor with the instructions and specifications. We provide full assistance throughout all the phases (cutting, sewing and packing), as well as communication support in case of any issues or queries. We also ensure quality control (QC) by inspecting the products at different checkpoints and providing feedback. Finally, we store the finished product in our warehouse until it is ready to be shipped to the customer.
